DJC Rock Home Care has been under the umbrella of The Revelation of Jesus Christ Ministry (RJCM) located in Buckeye, AZ.  This Ministry has been preparing seniors for eternal existence with God in peace, promoting, maintaining, and fulfilling God's purpose. RJCM has provided many aspects of ministry such as taking care of the homeless, by providing essential assistance with the daily needs of life.

Daniel Todd Carter

With over 15 years of ministry and caregiving experience, Daniel Todd Carter has dedicated his life to serving others with the love and truth of Jesus Christ. His heart for the vulnerable and elderly has guided him through hands-on care—personally assisting seniors with daily tasks like transportation, meals, and housekeeping, while offering spiritual encouragement.

Beyond caregiving, Daniel’s ministry includes teaching Bible studies, feeding the homeless, and opening his home to those in need. He leads by example, demonstrating compassion, humility, and faith in action.

For Daniel, fulfillment comes from walking in God’s will each day—serving faithfully through DJC Rock Home Care and his church. As General Manager, he embodies leadership rooted in love, service, and unwavering commitment to uplift and care for others.

Daniel believes that every act of care, no matter how small, is an opportunity to reflect God’s love. His vision is to build a team that not only meets physical needs but also nurtures the emotional and spiritual well-being of every client and family served.

Judith Carter

Client Services Manager | Faith-Driven Leader in Compassionate Care

With over 15 years of hands-on caregiving experience, Judith Carter brings compassion, faith, and professional excellence to her role as Client Services Manager at DJC Rock Home Care. Her calling to serve has guided her from providing bedside care for the aging and disabled to offering spiritual encouragement and leading community outreach.

Judith has faithfully ministered to women in her church and supported individuals confined at home due to illness, disability, or the challenges of aging. She continues to volunteer with Infinity Hospice and has served with multiple senior care organizations, including Senior Living in Glendale, Arizona.

Professionally, Judith has worked with several in-home senior care agencies across the Valley of the Sun, providing personalized care to both seniors and children with special needs. Her experience allows her to connect deeply with clients and families, always ensuring they are treated with dignity, respect, and heartfelt kindness.

Judith holds a degree in Business Management and is an ordained minister, called to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and uplift others—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Her leadership ensures that every care plan reflects compassion, excellence, and a commitment to honoring the unique journey of each individual.

Titus Bruno brings heart, humility, and dedication to his role as Regional Services Coordinator at DJC Rock Home Care. With a background in banking, insurance, real estate, and leadership, he has always been committed to serving people with care and respect.

For Titus, home care is a calling. He treats every client like family—offering kindness, compassion, and personalized support. Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, he connects deeply with diverse communities and leads with a calm, solution-focused approach.

Mardochee Bruno

Mardochee Bruno serves as the Community Engagement & Media Coordinator at DJC Rock Home Care, where he plays a vital role in sharing our message of love, dignity, and service with the community. Inspired by his family’s dedication to service—and his older brother, a Recruiting Specialist in the Maryland Army National Guard—Mardochee’s passion for caregiving is personal and deeply rooted.

Blending creative outreach with heartfelt communication, Mardochee designs community event materials, shares inspiring stories on social media, and fosters partnerships that connect our care team with individuals and families in need. His thoughtful approach helps build trust, promote transparency, and celebrate the work of our caregivers.

Mardochee’s heart is especially drawn to veterans, honoring their service by ensuring their stories are told and their needs met with compassion and excellence. He sees his role as more than media—it’s a ministry, shining a light on the care and hope that DJC Rock Home Care provides every day.
